please help me cancel

I am moving somewhere that already has internet. I need to cancel my services. Tried to via chat and they said I needed to give verbal confirmation. I scheduled a callback and the agent just keeps talking to me about transferring my service. Told him 3 times I don't need to transfer and just need to cancel. Now I am on hold again. Can someone please help me cancel my service?????
