Please cancel my internet services

I am trying to get my internet cancelled before it goes up in price yet again. I want to pay for this final bill and CANCEL before it goes up but there is literally no possible way to do it online. Its incredibly frustrating and cumbersome to do when ordering the service itself is so easy. Xfinity should be ashamed.
