Planned outages

This is the second time a planned outage has ruined my plans. I have never been notified ahead of time and according to xfinity website, this is going to continue happening while they "improve service". I work 12 hour midnight shifts and rarely am able to stream my shows or movies except for early morning hours. These outages always happen in the early morning and go on for hours. You should not be intentionally shutting off people's service for hours, repeatedly.  Especially without notifying us ahead of time and giving us some sort of credit!

Our engineers and technicians staff our network operations center 24/7 to ensure network performance and reliability. 

The XFINITY Status Center is the best place for updates. You can also request a credit for the downtime in the service center once services are restored. You can access the status center here:
