Planned maintenance notification

This is the 3rd time in 2 days I’m experiencing a “planned maintenance.” Each one yesterday was about 2 hours. I never got any notification before or after even though I signed up for them. I don’t understand why we can’t receive advance notice if these are planned so WE can make plans also. I have Xfinity Mobile but the coverage is so bad at my house I have to go outside to get 2 bars and your app won’t even come up. I can’t use my phone as a hotspot because of the poor signal.  This is really unacceptable and I’m tired of the standard rote responses that don’t mean anything. A company as large as Xfinity should do better!

You can always request credits here for time you were not able to use your service. It looks like you signed up for notifications about an unrelated issue in the area, but you can keep up to date on our network upgrades by signing up for notifications here.
