Planned enhancements taking days

This is the third day I’ve gotten a text saying that they’ve attempted to make enhancements but were unable to do so. This is also the third day I’ve had Internet loss. How many days is it going to take? Zero communication zero compensation totally disruptive over the Christmas holiday.
