Plan v actual speeds dont match - 200mbps v 2mbps
My internet is dead slow, even though I pay for 200mbps. I have tried all troubleshooting steps provided by Xfinity but to no avail. I have tried connecting to an agent, but couldnt get through.
Whats the next step?
