Plan change request

My 12-month promotional discount ended this month and my rate went from $55 to $85 for 500 Mbps internet. I've been a member since August 2025.

When I check my address on xfinity.com, the 5-Year Price Guarantee plans are showing 500 Mbps at $45/mo and 1 Gig at $50/mo. When I'm signed in to my account, the only options offered are 500 Mbps at $85 and 1 Gig at $100, with no price guarantee available.

I'd like to be moved onto the 5-Year Price Guarantee plan at 1 Gig.

I'd rather stay with Xfinity than switch, but at $85 for 500 Mbps I don't have a reason to. Can someone review my account?
