pixels and frozen dragging screen

I was trying to watch the Eagles game on Sunday with the pixelation, dropped frames and audio was painful, like `i was stealing cable or something.
I went through the troubleshooting, nothing helped, even with an updated box.

internet was fine in the house, and it doesn't happen on streaming channels, or dvr only live tv
