Ping spike every 11 minutes

Hello,

I've tried all the normal troubleshooting steps and cannot solve this issue.

Common solutions found online include upgrading a modem from XB6 to XB7 or sending a tech out to inspect the line.

I would like to speak to a representative about either of these options.
