Ping issue

Hello, I’ve had xfinity for a while now and my PING is always above 50 and sometimes in the 80s and 90s. I am a competitive gamer and a streamer and can’t have ping that high, I need this resolved and I’m tired of calling the customer support line and being told I need help with my xfinity flex device 😂😂. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

hello, I am also having issues with ping and packet loss and honestly it seems like they are ignoring these posts because this seems to be a recurring issue with xfinity internet

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it
