Philips hue bridge

I just brought home the XB7 and am having the same problem Hue is not picking up the 2.4 ghz, I have a couple of other devices with similar issues.

The two WiFi bands have recently been combined into one with the Comcast gateway devices. Some devices get confused and don't know how to see / talk to combined bands.


If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the devices with the 2.4  band's SSID (broadcast name) and password.

Good evening @user_b13870, are you experiencing the issue while trying to connect to the 5 GHz?

Sorry it doesn't appear I replied to this.  
None of my 2.4ghz devices will connect to the XB7.  I had to add another router.   This is only irritating when it comes to printing.
