Persistent T3 Timeout Bursts After Drop Line Replacement - Requesting Plant SRO Ticket
A field tech recently replaced my underground drop line. My power levels are in the ideal range (40–43 dBmV upstream / 0 dBmV downstream), and uncorrectable codewords dropped to 0. Internal wiring and equipment have been fully ruled out.
However, my connection is still dropping with repeated bursts of '16 consecutive T3 timeouts' across multiple upstream channels. Because my drop line is brand new, this points to active upstream noise ingress on the local neighborhood node/tap.
Could an official agent please submit a Special Request Order (SRO) / Line Maintenance Ticket to have a plant crew trace and balance the return path on our street node?
