Persistent packet loss and latency spike on nodes

I recently set up my internet connection in the Bellevue/Factoria area and is currently experiencing persistent micro-stutters, packet loss, and sudden latency spikes while gaming that make it unplayable.
I have fully ruled out my local home network equipment. A pathping test shows 0% packet loss at hop 1 signaling my PC's Wi-Fi 6E card and my local connection to the gateway are normal.
The packet loss with my pathping test originates upstream at Hop 4 (68.86.96.157) at 1% and accumulates to 3% total loss by the time it reaches the final destination (8.8.8.8).
I've tried equipment reboots, completely resetting all network settings and also different xfinity app settings like port forwarding and nothing has helped.

Hello @user_ndezne, and thank you for posting on our Community Forum and for sharing the troubleshooting you’ve already completed. We understand how frustrating an unstable connection can be, especially while gaming, and you’ve come to the right place for help.

Are you using an Xfinity-provided modem/gateway or your own equipment? We’d also like to know whether you experience the same packet loss and latency when connected directly through Ethernet, or if it only occurs over WiFi.

If you haven’t already, please review our Internet Connectivity Troubleshooting article. We’re here to help!
