Peacock Activation
My Peacock Premium benefit cannot be activated after my Xfinity service change approximately 4 months ago.
My Xfinity account shows Peacock status as "Activation Required," but activation fails with the error:
"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."
I have always used the same Peacock email address and previously had Peacock working before the service change.
Please check for an old Xfinity account association and perform a Peacock entitlement reset/reprovisioning or backend unlink so the Peacock benefit can be attached to my current Xfinity account.
If necessary, please escalate this to the team that handles Peacock account linking.
