PC open nat

We added the new xfinity wifi/router/modem and now ive lost my open nat

Ive done the port forward, ive even done the dmz for the ip of my pc but using the xbox for pc app all i can get is a moderate nat, what might i need to do??

@CapeSpyder I understand that you recently changed your modem and you no longer have your open Nat. Did you follow each step included in this link to set up your port forwarding for your PC?https://comca.st/3J0K62L
