Paying for 600 Mbps but capped much lower

Hi, paying for a 600 Mbps plan yet all devices seem to be capped at around 32 Mbps.  I've tested multiple devices as well as plugging my laptop directly into the modem.  Speed zooms up to 32 Mbps and just stops exactly at that level. 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.  Obviously I will call support soon but just seeing if anyone had any suggestions before that.

Hey there @dellmsft has there been any improvement over the last few days? Did you recently upgrade your speeds from a lower tier to a higher tier? It may be possible that the software boot file is not up-to-date, but this can be cleared up by processing a reset signal via the My Account App.
