Paying for 400 mbps and getting 15mbps
I’m resting now where near the speeds I am paying for. The xfinity app says everything is great. I am testing no higher than 15mbps (sometimes as low as 5mbps) on a 400 mbps plan. Why am I paying for internet when my phone’s 5G is already the same speeds?

Hello, @user_dp389c the first thing I would do to help identify the issue is test a PC that's connected directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable. This will give us a better idea of how your service is working. And if you get closer to 400 Mbps with an Ethernet cable then we know we need to troubleshoot your wireless connection.
