Paying for 2gb but plan says speeds up to 100mbps

I recently upgraded to the 2gb plan since my wife is now working from home with me and wanted to get the new deal. My internet now seems worse and when I went to check on my plan I see they didn’t give me the 2gb plan and instead locked me at 100mbps!

What is the deal with this plan? I don’t want to pay double the price I was for a quarter of the speed
