paying for 1200mb down and im getting 250mb hard lined and 50mb on wifi
Im paying for 1200mb down and Im getting 250mb hard lined and 50mb on wifi. this has been happening for 2 months now. I cant even watch netflix without it buffering every minute, I have done all the trouble shooting the [Edited: "Language"] AI assist can do about 30 times and it goes no where. Ive talked to a real person 4 times with them being able to do nothing. I recently had a technician come to my house and replace my modem that i got from Xfinity (both of them from Xfinity) nothing, then the technician said wait a week there doing work, nothing. I had the speed Im paying for for almost a year and then all of a sudden Im being throttled with no explanation. unless there is a real explanation to this and i get compensated for my unusable internet Im going to cancel and move to frontier.
