Pay for a gig and am getting 42.7 mbps????

Tired of this.  I am paying $115 a month (plus equipment charge, fees, etc.) for a gig.  Well, am currently getting 42.7 mbps????

I have a new router from Xfinity, lines have been checked by their tech, computer is right next to router.  Can hardly watch

tv because it keeps buffering.   UGH!!

Rest assured, you've reached the right team to help troubleshoot your concerns and get this resolved. May I ask how long you have been experiencing issues with your speeds? Are you experiencing slow speeds across all devices or is it one in particular such as a specific Smart TV or computer? You stated you had your lines checked, may I ask how long ago that was?

Was on vacation and could not deal with prob before I left.  Back now.

Not sure exactly how long speed has been slow.  Tested it because slow internet and tv buffering all the time.

Did speed check on computer 50.4 mbps download and 14.0 upload speed.

Tech checked lines a few months ago.  I also got a new xfinity router at that time.

I pay $116 a month for 1000 mbps.  Would be nice to even get a tenth of that.

Router is less than a foot from computer and has been powered on and off.
