Pause/unpause

The feature to pause wifi isnt available anymore on the app i paused the game console n now it’s unable to connect due to this issue

In the xfinity app...click on Wifi...scroll down unitl you see the list of devices attached to your gateway...Click the arrow on the right side of the device you want to pause or unpauase...Click the box near the op that says "pause device"....

Hello user_n2hh6h thanks for reaching out on Xfinity Forums. A couple of things to try before we dig deeper into the issue would be to double-check that you have the most recent app update downloaded. Then sign out and sign back in if you haven't already. Let me know if that makes the Wifi Tab come back up.
