paused devices
My internet was running slow when I was trying to upload a video on my computer, so I used the app to pause several devices, hoping to speed it up. I selected to stay paused until I unpaused. Now I can not access the app to unpause my tv's and phone. What do I do now?

Hey there user_3bjq4c. Here is some information on unpausing devices.
To unpause devices on the Xfinity app, follow these steps:
If all devices assigned to a person are paused, select the person from the Connected to your WiFi section and choose Unpause All Devices. If the device is paused as part of a schedule, select the person and then choose Wake Up to unpause all devices assigned to them until the next scheduled pause.
Note that pausing only affects WiFi access on your home network.
