Pathetic service

Switched from Wowway hoping to get better service, 2nd week with Xfinity and already regretting. I would give this provider 1/2 star. We work from home and for the past week, since we switched, we are in a nearby coffee shop or library looking for better connectivity. [Edited: "Solicitation"].
