Perhaps your public / WAN IP address is being blocked by the host for some reason. The output of a traceroute to the domain may reveal where the blockage is occurring.
I signed into my home wifi network and suddenly could not access Parler on my cellphone. I tried on the PC, directly connected to the network...same story. Turn wifi off...and it comes right up on my phone. If they are telling you they are not actively silencing users by blocking api.parler.com from resolving, they are lying.
Same here, I can only access parler via my mobile phone network. I have switched my phone from my home network back to the mobile network multiple times and xfinity/comcast is defiantly blocking Parler access. This is not good. Another big tech company enforcing their political agenda.
Today is Saturday, 17 April 2021, and I have not been able to access Parler since early this morning. Both my MacBook and my iPhone are affected. However, when I switch off my WiFi and use my phone on LTE, I can access Parler. I had a "chat" with a customer service agent named Anisha, and she admitted that Parler was blocked for political reasons. I am furious about this kind of unconscionable censorship. There is no good reason to block Parler except that you don't a free exchange of information, something that is the very core of being American. I would be willing to bet that Xfinity does not block porn sites. If Parler is not reinstated, I will have to find a new ISP.
... I had a "chat" with a customer service agent named Anisha, and she admitted that Parler was blocked for political reasons. ...
Phone and Chat reps are often mistaken, and that's the case here. The site is not reachable via Comcast's DNSSEC not due to its content, but for technical reasons under the control of Parler or its webhost, which, I would guess, will be corrected ... eventually. See my post above.
Well, xfinity better be reaching out to Parler to "fix" the problem or many xfinity customers will be moving their services to other providers. Sit back on your heels if you want to, but rest assured, people will be leaving xfinity.
If Comcast is blocking free speech I will be leaving them when my contact is done. Elon musk is creating data service for us poor lonely conservatives. Also I will not buy any stuff from Comcast or there subsidiaries.
Misconfigured on Parler’s webhost server. If you type 216.246.208.249 in your browser and ignore the warning the site loads. This is one time Comcast is not to blame.
Try again. Your "solution" will load the Parler home page only. You can't log in because you're redirected from that specific IP address. If toy try to log in the Parler with Chromium, you get a the below message. It indicates that Comcast has corrupted Comcast's "upstream" DNS record for Parler. It's an old hacking technique called "DNS Cache Poisoning".
"DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"
Doing this could lose Comcast THEIR DNS listing if IANA gets mad enough, because doing that violates IANAs Terms of Service. They're playing a dangerous game...
I was able to load the Login Page at 216.246.208.249 over Comcast. However, I can't get to the Parler authentication page. I suspect Comcast is doing a little DNS Cache Poisoning. SHAME! I wonder if I could get it to resolve using Cloudflare or other free DNS server as my default DNS provider...

Hello, @user_9f7046; that's a good question! Comcast/Xfinity does not block any websites at this time. Are you getting any error messages?

@ComcastKaitlan Uhhh. Not blaming Comcast. Traceroute will reveal unbiased results.

This appears to be DNSSEC misconfiguration by Parler or its webhost:
C>nslookup parler.com 4.2.2.2
Server: b.resolvers.Level3.net
Name: parler.com
Address: 216.246.208.249
C>nslookup parler.com 75.75.75.75
Server: cdns01.comcast.net
Address: 75.75.75.75
*** cdns01.comcast.net can't find parler.com: Server failed
C>nslookup parler.com 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8
*** dns.google can't find parler.com: Server failed
Comcast and Google use DNSSEC, Level3 does not.
Also see https://dnsviz.net/d/249.208.246.216.in-addr.arpa/dnssec/ and https://dnssec-analyzer.verisignlabs.com/249.208.246.216.in-addr.arpa.

Why is parler blocked?
When I use my wifi I cant reach the site or the app. Turn off wifi and the website and the app are magically working.
Are you kidding me? I don't need a parent. How dare you when I pay for your service.

Back to Tor, where Parler works just fine.
