Parental controls/time limits not working

Using the parental control options in the xFi. Have created a profile for my children and attached their devices to the profile. They have active time limits and downtime set. These are consistently failing- and these restrictions are not being enforced. Just today my son was 1.5 hours over his active time limit (and yes I have the option turned on for the devices to pause for the day when the limit is reached.) How do I fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated in advance.

Hello @jesinjax I have a helpful link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-xfi-manage-profiles that provides step by step information for setting up parental controls. If you are still experiencing trouble with the time limits please send over a DM with your full name and address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@XfinityYvonne thanks for the reply. Like I said, I have set up all the profiles, they just don’t work consistently. I will message support.
