parental controls

I have followed all the instructions for setting parental controls but it does not work.  I have even called Xfininty and they couldn't fix it either.  They did give me a support ticket but no one has ever called me back.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. I can understand the incovneninece caused by not having the parental controls working correctly. As a parent myself, I know how frustrating it can be when you’ve followed all the steps and even contacted Xfinity, but the issue still isn’t resolved. You've come to the right expert team to help get this fixed over social media.  Since you already completed the setup and Xfinity created a support ticket that hasn’t been followed up on, I’d like to take a closer look to see what we can do on our side. Could you share a bit more about what specifically isn’t working with the parental controls? Are you attempting to set up parental controls on an X1 set top box or for your home network like in this link here
