Hello @Jeffcarroll77 I apologize the parental controls are not working for you at this time, my team would be more than happy to assist you.
By any chance, are you able to reset the parental control feature by:
Clicking the Settings tab, which allows you to reset your Parental Controls, manage your Purchase PINs and update your TV app settings.
In addition,to manage Parental Controls, click the Parental Controls link and use the Reset button to reset the Locks PIN and Purchase PIN for each device on your account.
I have been working on this same issue for about 6 months. With me it started with the xfi parental controls, I was told to use the keyword block and site block on the router. Apparently they don't work either.
