Packetloss on iRacing and other games
Having random 100% packetloss spikes and constantly having %1 packetloss in Fortnite also and with random spikes on the latency and ping. Ran pingplotter and shows what I'm talking about. Had a tech come out last Wednesday told me, my line to the house looked fine but he could see something going on out at the box said "it's very little" as professional sim racer online racing requires a very strong and stable connection and sitting in game watching the "quality" (meaning my connection to the server) drop to 98 sometimes down to 95 and never hold 100 has been frustrating the last couple weeks as this issue just kinda popped up out of no where. Modem was switched out by the tech when he was here last Wednesday. The tech told me before he left, he put in a ticket for somebody to come out here and check the box outside. Since that's where he seen the interference/problem going on, in the coming days as it's Monday (don't expect them to work weekend) still no update and problem is still present.

Good morning PF_1. Thanks for sharing the internet trouble you are experiencing with our services. I'm sorry to read how negatively this has been impacting your performance. I would love to help out to get your services back to where they should be. Typically, when a technician creates a request for our maintenance team those requests are completed within 48 hours. Are you using any additional devices besides the gateway? Like an additional router or mesh system?

@PF_1
Here's how to send that requested direct message to the team;
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person but don't do that.
Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it

Fortnite is my main game and I’m having pretty frequent 1% packet loss as well. Not sure what’s up with Xfinity. I’ve tried everything the last week and nothing has helps. Is not our computer.
