Packet/Connection to internet issue
I've been getting what i believe to be either packet loss or random internet connection issues for the last few weeks. I thought it was maybe due to Wi-Fi distances but even my wired connections tend to randomly lose connection for at most 2 minutes, then it returns to normal. Now the issue I'm having is that every time I try and check to see if there is some outage going on or test my internet everything comes back as fine. It happens throughout the day not just a specific time or peak rush hours. Facetime calls tend to drop, gaming services keep getting interrupted, even online services like Netflix on tv tend to be interrupted for a min or so.
What can i do to start some sort of process to fix this?
I will say this for a bit of extra info, I recently upgraded to unlimited but I've been having this issue for at least 6 weeks. I've spoken with neighbors and they too are experiencing the same issues as I am. Neighbors have told me they called and had techs come out and check but they were told all their connections and services are ok.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?
Is this with a WiFi connection ?
