packet loss
Hi, I’m having really bad packet loss as of lately. I’ve been gaming and usually around night it gets really bad. I used mesh wifi for a little and it helped a lot until like last year where it came back again. I used the mesh ethernet connection too and still got bad packet loss. Did everything. Ping test, trace route, etc. Pinged my own network and had no packet loss but when I pinged google it gave me packet loss.

May I ask if this is occurring on all devices or one in particular such as a specific gaming console or computer? Have you also tried restarting your equipment or connecting to the modem directly and bypassing the router to see if the issue persists?
