Packet Loss

Hi,

I'm experiencing consistent packet loss and network instability while playing Counter-Strike 2 on Valve's game servers. I've done multiple traceroutes and PingPlotter sessions to verify the issue is not on my local network, but instead appears to be within Comcast's backbone.

Specifically, I’m seeing over 70% packet loss at this hop:
be-3212-pe11.350ecermak.il.ibone.comcast.net

This packet loss continues through to the destination server, which results in rubberbanding, lag spikes, and poor hit registration in-game.

Here’s the affected destination IP (Valve game server):
162.254.193.98

I've confirmed this packet loss persists over time and is not isolated to one game session. Please escalate this issue to your network team to investigate and resolve the congestion or routing problem at that hop.

I'm happy to provide a PingPlotter trace if needed. Thank you.
