Packet Loss

I've been experiencing packet loss (about 20%) over the last few hours. We've had consistent packet loss issues for over the last few months. The worst is during weekends and week nights. The Xfinity chat agent has not been helpful, and I'm not able to get in touch with support. I'd like to fix this issue, as its very frustrating.
