Packet Loss

I'm using an Ethernet cable (Cat 5e) and only my Gigabit modem provided by Comcast.

 

I'm using loads of UDP-based applications (video conferences, VoIP phone, etc) that are getting stuttering and disconnects due to massive packet losses. 

 

I have exhausted all automated support options. I am unable to contact support. I'm very frustrated.
