Packet loss yet again after storm outage
Recently, we had a huge storm here in Northern California that affected service connections, during which there was an outage. The outage was fixed, but now I am back to square 1 again with the intermittent packet loss based on one of the nodes along Comcast's path. I also noticed my modem is having packet loss issues as well after the latest outage/fix, so not to beat a dead horse, but when is this issue going to be resolved fully? I have been dealing with this collectively for over 2 years now and have had 3-4 technician visits, all verifying that it is definitely not an issue within my home nor my devices/equipment outside of the provided Comcast modem.
Attached is a traceroute to show the current status I am experiencing.

Frankly, at this point, since the issue is continuously ongoing, I think it might be time for me to consider other options as far as ISPs go, because there has never been a full 100% fix for my issue. I am hoping this can get resolved so I do not have to resort to those measures. I will be starting to work from home more, which will require me to have a very stable and solid connection for the work I am about to begin doing. Please look into this issue and help me get a resolution before it becomes a problem affecting my ability to perform work efficiently.
