Packet Loss while playing Apex Anti-Ddos server

I am a new customer for Xfinity and I am experiencing a issue when playing Apex Legends ranked online. I am on Xbox, I have tried numerous troubleshooting options and I am at the point where I feel like software support should  step in. The best way to explain my issue is I have a perfectly experience until I play this game specifically . I have already did everything recommended in other posts on forum and nothing is working.

Hey @Ballin_215! Are you still experiencing issues at this time?

We understand how frustrating packet loss can be, especially when it’s impacting ranked play in Apex Legends. Since your connection performs well outside of this game and you’ve already gone through the recommended troubleshooting, this may be related to how the game’s anti‑DDoS servers handle routing or traffic on specific connections. Please send us a Direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a direct message:

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
