Packet Loss while gaming
I was wondering how to get in contact with Xfinity to have my pathway changed as the route it takes hits 6 connections that have 100% packet loss.

Here is an update for what has happened so far, I play a game, World of Tanks. They have 1 North American server. Off and on when playing i will start getting Huge Packet loss, spiking ping and making game play uncontrollable. I reached out to the game support and ran there test for my connection. I also have ran Ping Plotter and also ran a traceroute to there server. All test showed that there was at least 1 jump that had about 80% packet loss. The game support told me that it is an ISP issue and to contact them. I have the IP for the bad jump point. So far i have been asked to restart my modem, use hardwire connection instead of wi-fi (even with my modem being in line of sight from my desktop with excellent signal strength) and to contact the games customer support. All of which have not resolved any issues.
