Packet Loss while gaming

I was wondering how to get in contact with Xfinity to have my pathway changed as the route it takes hits 6 connections that have 100% packet loss.

Hi there, @Pageton86! Thank you for reaching out about the packet loss you are seeing. We are happy to further help. I see that you sent through a direct message and included a traceroute so we will continue with you there.
