Packet Loss Solution?
Hi, I've been getting intermittent internet packet loss, sometimes up to 50%, for over a month now, since around the time Comcast increased network speeds in my area. This packet loss makes it very difficult to stream, play video games, or voice conference. I have checked everything on my end including all connections on my end, resetting my router, resetting my modem, trying different PCs, trying different cables etc. I followed all the troubleshooting steps. The issue still persists a month later. Can someone please help me?
