Packet Loss on hop to 96.110.45.69

I'm getting horrendous packet loss at most times of the day on the 7th hop of comcast's network. Is there any way to get actual assistance in resolving? I went through the usual hoops and had a technician come out to verify everything is good locally. No issues were found but depending on the route I get significant packet loss at two comcast destinations. 96.110.45.69 and 96.110.33.154.

user_4no7by, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. You can do some of your troubleshooting by using the Xfinity App. You can run diagnostics and check for issues in your area. In most cases, a system refresh will help. If you have gone through this and are still having issues, let us know and we can check things out on this side.

Yes, I have run through the automated troubleshooter as well as the checklist. A technician has also verified no issues locally. I am still having issues and in fact today they seem to have gotten worse.
