Packet Loss Issue

My work applications are being impacted by intermittent connectivity issues. 

Microsoft Teams calls become robotic and freeze. Genesys Cloud calls disconnect. 

I work from home and this is interfering with my ability to perform my work

My local gateway responds normally,  but Internt ping tests show packet loss. One test showing 15% packet loss. 

I reboot the modem with no change to the intermittent issue.
