Packet loss central NJ in Apex Legends

Hello, I am in central New Jersey having packet loss from playing apex legends. It only occurs in ranked lobbies where there is DDOS protection for the servers. 

I have tried different modems, using a vpn, different cable, different PC, restart modem, having a Xfinity  come to my home and they replaced cable outside the home. None of it has solved my packet loss issues. I am using direct Ethernet connection. 

Based off the posts on this forum this seems to be a pervasive issue for Xfinity NJ customers. Please assist me in fixing this.

I've been experiencing the exact same thing. Did they ever respond? I've just submitted my own support request for this.
