Packet loss at 30%. Phone technical support has been no help

During Teams calls, my mic is constantly cutting out. IT folks at my company ran some diagnostics and confirmed a packet loss rate of 30%. Phone technical support has been no help and keeps trying to get me to upgrade my plan instead. I'm not having a speed issue. I'm having a packet loss issue.
