Packet loss and low upload speeds

Never had these problems until this week. My download speed is over 400 but upload speed is below 1. We bought new mesh routers and a new modem thinking that would fix the issue. Still having latency issues and packet loss when pinging. What is happening here? I can't get any work done as a remote worker, any suggestions??

I am someone who also works remotely and needs my internet services to work correctly without interruptions so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. I am sorry to learn about this experience. We are the right place to go for help. If you were to run an internet health test via the Xfinity app, what results would it pull for you? The XFINITY app is one great troubleshooting tool for internet service issues such as this.
