Overcharged

I was charged 3 seperate transactions equalling 915.20. Customer service was no help and explained nothing to be and even said one of the transaction of 338.40 can't be seen from their end. I will be contacting my bank in the am and comast once again to make it right. Also I feel as if my bank account information has been compromised from your end.

@Jjohunter I definitley understand how frustrated you are with the whole situation. I would like to take a closer look at your Xfinity account to see what has been charged. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
