Outside box white powercord is cut

Got my equipment today and can't get it to fire up. Went outside and looked into Ixfinity box on the house and the white power cord is cut from the connector. Can I replace that tip to hook up the power or do I need a tech to come out?? I'm a truck driver so I'm not home enough to order service tech out. This is a pic of my outside box

You mentioned being a truck driver, my uncle has been a truck driver for 20 years, so I know how busy your schedule is but rest assured we will find a way to get a tech to your home that works best for your work schedule.
