outdoor junction box needed

Hello,

The Xfinity technician left my internet/TV cable hanging outside the house after installation, and now the plastic parts are degrading (whatever was keeping the cable attached to the wall). Is there any way to get an outdoor box to protect it from the weather? Thank you.
