Outages

So many outages this year. Unreal. Can’t get a hold of a human at Xfinity. Absolutely the worst customer service. Ai assistant should be upgraded to more than 3-4 standard responses.  Ironically I’ll get an email asking for feedback. I’ll mark negative as I always do and they’ll keep calling, every hour all day.
