i am so close to getting a new internet service. our wifi goes out every 2 months & its not weather related..this is so annoying yall should start giving discounts if yall gone be having unknown outages for no reason

Service interruptions can happen for many different reasons, whether due to unplanned or planned maintenance work. Our awesome field techs work as fast as possible to get everyone's services back up and running,
