Outages

I’ve only been a customer for a couple months and I’ve experienced so many outages. What is going on?  Fios is a little more expensive but at least they don’t have many outages. I may have to switch back to Fios

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hello @user_y44ebe When it comes to service interruptions there are a number of reasons they could be happening. The link provided by our forums expert @EG is good to check the status of reported interruptions. If you are not seeing them be reported there we may want to complete some additional troubleshooting.
