Outages....

My Internet was out yesterday for 14 hrs came back out on at 1:45 am and now again it's out 2 days before Christmas.

You have your incompetent sub contractors sitting in their trucks having lunch instead of actively troubleshooting the issue. Ridiculous. Apparently customer satisfaction is not on your list of things to achieve. No worries I have other options. You can bet I'll be researching new providers for my Internet....

user_34qr7u Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I am so incredibly sorry for the repeated loss of service you've experienced, especially with the holidays. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have your connection restored only for it to go back down again. This is certainly not the reliable experience we want for you, and I sincerely apologize for the added stress this has caused. I would appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you immediately. I want to review the service for your area and investigate the status of the local repairs to ensure we are doing everything possible to get you back online for good.

To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
