Outages

Why do I consistently have outages I live in a manufactured home part that has a blanket Xfinity contract I hate it because the Wi-Fi [Edited: "Language"] here my TV [Edited: "Language"] most of the time always pixelated never records correctly what can I do to fix this

@XfinityRay​ I too am just about sick of all the outages this summer and now into winter. It seems like there is an outage every single week. What is Xfinity doing to prevent all the outages. You act like it is no big deal. People have security cameras that rely on constant internet service. People also work from home. My neighbor works from home and all these outages are messing with his livelihood. All Xfinity will do is offer a measly $6 credit. They are not looking at the global impact of all these outages.
